77 Stokes Croft is a beautiful 1930’s building of note. Standing 4 storeys high, it houses a restaurant on the ground floor. “Nadu’ provides delicious Sri Lankan/South Indian cuisine of the highest standard. On the upper three floors 77 Stokes Croft houses a variety of businesses from games developers, marketeers, surveyors, charities and many other fascinating developing businesses. We are a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Bristol and very close to the M32 Motorway, with easy access to the M4 and M5.

We currently have available two areas. The second floor front area, an open plan space of some 190 sq meters with 2 cellular glass fronted offices/meeting rooms and a shared open kitchen area and facilities. There is a staircase that links the second floor to the first floor for any business that might be interested in two floors linked together. The second floor has opening windows and gas central heating, the windows are fitted with heat reflecting film to stop glare on computer screens, keep heat out in summer and heat in during the colder months.

The first floor front is at present our co-working space. All floors benefit from the high speed internet access through our dedicated line.

The building is south facing and benefits from large windows on all floors which make the space light and airy and a pleasurable environment to work in.

There is a fob entry system for access through the main entrance and each area is separately alarmed for security.

The offices opening hours are 7am- 10pm Monday- Friday at present.

These areas are subject to a monthly rent and the tenant is responsible for the business rates at the current rate through Bristol City Council.
