Prices for desk space are fixed and include the essentials that you need to be up and running from day one.

  • All bills are included including business rates for our co-working spaces

We can also offer larger office spaces for companies looking for 16-40 desks. These offices are dedicated to your business and are separate from the co-working environment.

Available Space

We have two desk sizes in an open-plan co-working space:

  • Standard (120cm x 80cm) – £160 per month
  • Large (160cm x 80cm) – £190 per month

Both are offered on a six month lease with a two month notice period, this price includes tea and coffee, cleaning, utilities, use of meeting rooms, and high speed internet access on a dedicated line.

We also have two large office spaces suitable for 15 – 17 people:

  • Unfurnished – £1800 per month exclusive of rates, cleaning and sundries
There is a three month deposit on these spaces and the lease is for one year rolling with a three month notice period either way after the initial year.
